• A well-established UAE main contractor delivering complex, high-value building projects across the UAE. With a strong project pipeline and long-term client relationships, we are expanding our commercial team and are seeking high-calibre Quantity Surveyors to join us during a period of sustained growth.
• This role is suited to a commercially astute, hands-on QS who thrives in a fast-paced main contractor environment and wants long-term stability, exposure, and progression within a reputable organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• -Full commercial and contractual management of multi-storey buildings and villa projects from pre-award through to final account
• -Preparation, assessment, and negotiation of variations, claims, and final accounts
• -Strong involvement in subcontractor procurement, tender evaluation, award, and ongoing commercial administration
• -Contract administration under FIDIC including notices, records, and entitlement management
• -Preparation of interim valuations, payment applications, and commercial reports
• -Accurate measurement using CostX and similar other software
• -Managing subcontractor performance, payments, and commercial risk
• -Proactive identification of cost and contractual risks and opportunities
• -Effective communication with project teams, consultants, and senior management

Candidate Profile

• -Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• -4+ years’ experience with a top-tier main contractor (UAE experience essential)
• -Proven experience delivering multi-storey building projects and villas
• -Strong working knowledge of CostX and similar software
• -Confident in subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and commercial management
• -Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• -Proactive, organised, and resilient, with the ability to manage workload and priorities
• -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
