- 8 to 10 years of experience in the respective QS discipline (MEP or Civil)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project cost management
- Advanced skills in Excel, QS software, and quantity measurement tools
- Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and contractual documents with high accuracy
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working independently and remotely with high productivity
