- Customer Service Agent
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Processing customer requests while maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Providing exceptional customer support and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Following company procedures and service standards during every customer interaction.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Estimated Salary (AED)
Based on similar customer service roles in Dubai, the expected monthly salary is:
- AED 4,000 – AED 6,500 (depending on experience and qualifications).
