Job Position
- HR Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Manage blue-collar recruitment activities and onboarding documentation.
- Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordinate with the PRO team.
- Administer employee medical insurance processes.
- Manage employee bank account additions, updates, and deletions.
- Prepare offer letters, salary certificates, and final settlement documents.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and visa trackers.
- Verify insurance invoices, credit notes, and related documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processing procedures.
- Experience handling employee relations and labor-related matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and HR software.
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment will be a significant advantage.
- Hindi-speaking candidates will be preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
